General Information:

Can I order flowers for delivery from Queen® Flowers?
Yes, we offer a convenient online ordering system for our colorful bouquets and potted plants, delivered directly to your door.

What types of products does Queen® Flowers offer?
We offer a wide range of products, including bouquets, bunches, potted plants, succulents, and gift items. We specialize in Kalanchoe flowers known for their long-lasting flowering and beautiful flowers.

How long do Queen® Flowers' products last?
Our CutFlowers and bouquets come with a three week flowering periode, while our potted plants are expected to last at least six weeks. During the summer period, we also offer outdoor flowers that beautify your garden, balcony, or terrace all summer long.

How should I take care of Queen® Flowers' products?
We provide specific care instructions for each product category. Generally, our flowers and plants require minimal care, including sparse watering. Cut Kalanchoes do not require stem trimming or water replacement. You can find all our care instructions here: Queen® Flowers flower instructions.

Is Queen® Flowers committed to sustainability?
Yes, sustainability is a core value for us. We are proud to have MPS certifications, including MPS-A, MPS-GAP, and MPS-SQ, reflecting our commitment to environmentally friendly production.

About Ordering, Delivery, and Payment:

Can I order Queen® Flowers products for delivery outside of Denmark? 
No, unfortunately it is not possible for us to deliver outside og Denmark.

What are the available payment options at Queen® Flowers?

You can pay with credit cards including Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and Maestro, as well as MobilePay.

Can I place an order over the phone?
No, you cannot call in and place your order. All orders must go through our online system and be placed via the webshop.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, an order confirmation will be sent via email after placing an order. Remember to check your spam-filter!

What are the delivery days for orders?
Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Orders placed before 10 am can be delivered the following business day.

How are delivery costs calculated, and are there exceptions for multiple addresses?
The shipping cost is DKK 39.00 regardless of the number of items purchased. For deliveries to multiple addresses, orders must be placed separately with shipping costs applied to each one.

I need to send my order to multiple different addresses, what should I do?
For deliveries to multiple addresses, orders must be placed separately, with shipping costs applied to each different address.

Can I change my address after placing my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your address once the order has been placed.

I am not at home when my package arrives?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, PostNord will deliver your package to your nearest PostNord pick-up point or leave the package at the address.

Can I pick up my order directly from the company?
Yes, orders can be picked up free of charge at our location at Skanderborgvej 193, DK-8382, on weekdays between 12 pm and 6 pm.

What is the return policy for Queen® Flowers' products?
Due to the nature of the product, there is no right to return purchases. However, orders can be canceled via email up to 3 business days before the delivery date.

What should I do if my order is missing or damaged upon delivery?
Contact Queen® Flowers' customer service no later than the first business day after delivery to address any issues with missing or damaged items. We will often ask to see a picture of the damage to assess it.


About Our Subscriptions:

How does the subscription service work?
We offer two types of subscription options: a Luxury Bouquet subscription and a Girly Bouquet subscription. You can choose the first delivery date, the frequency of deliveries (e.g., every fourth Friday), and an optional end date. You can find our subscriptions under Subscriptions. Once you have added your chosen subscription to the cart, you must check the box "The order should be delivered as a subscription" - then you must choose the First Delivery Date, how often the bouquet should be delivered, and optionally set an end date for the subscription (this is not required).

Do I have to choose the bouquets in my subscription?
No, you do not have to choose the bouquets in your subscription. When you choose either the luxury or girly bouquet subscription, we will compose your bouquet each time to fit your subscription.

What is the difference between a Luxury Bouquet subscription and a Girly Bouquet subscription?
The Luxury Bouquet subscription consists of bouquets with 12 stems in different colors. We match the colors with the season. The Girly Bouquet subscription consists of bouquets with 12 stems in girly colors - mostly red, pink, peach, white, and light pink.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be canceled or changed at any time via the customer center on our website. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery.

Can I change the address on my subscription?
If you need to change the address on your subscription, you must cancel your subscription and create a new one with your new address. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to manually change your address.
